Seating Information
Franklin Music Hall is one of Philadelphia's premier live music venues, located at 421 N 7th St in the Callowhill neighborhood, with a capacity of approximately 2,500 guests.
- Main Floor (General Admission): For most concerts, the main floor is standing general admission, offering an energetic and immersive experience close to the stage. We recommend the center of the main floor for the best audio and visual experience.
- Balcony Level: An elevated balcony overlooks the main floor, providing reserved elevated views. Ideal for fans who prefer a less crowded vantage point with a full sightline to the stage.
- Side Areas: Limited seating along the sides of the main floor may be available for certain events. The far sides of the balcony can have more restricted sightlines, so we recommend center balcony positions when choosing elevated seating.
- Seated Shows: For certain events, reserved chairs may be set up on the main floor. Check your specific event for seating configuration details.
The Franklin Music Hall is known for its excellent sound quality throughout the venue. Both the main floor and balcony offer a great concert experience.
Parking Information
Franklin Music Hall does not have a large dedicated parking lot. We strongly recommend public transit, biking, or rideshare as the preferred way to arrive, especially for sold-out events.
- Venue Parking Lot (7th St): A small parking lot is located on 7th Street adjacent to the venue, where the box office windows are also located. Availability is very limited.
- Pre-booked Parking: SpotHero and ParkWhiz offer nearby garage parking that can be reserved in advance. We recommend booking in advance for popular shows.
- Public Transit: SEPTA Route 47 bus stops near the venue. The Spring Garden Station (Market-Frankford Line) provides subway access within walking distance.
Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) drop-off is available on N 7th Street near the main entrance. We recommend using rideshare or public transit for the most convenient event experience.
