Seating Information

Franklin Music Hall is one of Philadelphia's premier live music venues, located at 421 N 7th St in the Callowhill neighborhood, with a capacity of approximately 2,500 guests.

Main Floor (General Admission): For most concerts, the main floor is standing general admission, offering an energetic and immersive experience close to the stage. We recommend the center of the main floor for the best audio and visual experience.
Balcony Level: An elevated balcony overlooks the main floor, providing reserved elevated views. Ideal for fans who prefer a less crowded vantage point with a full sightline to the stage.
Side Areas: Limited seating along the sides of the main floor may be available for certain events. The far sides of the balcony can have more restricted sightlines, so we recommend center balcony positions when choosing elevated seating.
Seated Shows: For certain events, reserved chairs may be set up on the main floor. Check your specific event for seating configuration details.

The Franklin Music Hall is known for its excellent sound quality throughout the venue. Both the main floor and balcony offer a great concert experience.
